I seem to have survived the worst of it, due to a combination of the following:
1. writing on the subway
2. sleeping pills (they help you sleep!)
3. various crappy tv marathons (of the Top Model and Jersey Shore variety- I do not kid around when I say crappy)
4. drawing insane looking trees
6. beet/lemon shrub
7. several very long walks with good music and the part of my brain that allows me refuge instead of torture.
